Welcome

Welcome to the 20th Reebok Bristol Half Marathon 2008

The Reebok Bristol Half Marathon will take place on Sunday 14 September 2008 and this year celebrates its 20th birthday.

Over 15,000 runners are invited to take part but early entry is advised as the race usually fills very quickly.

The Reebok Bristol Half Marathon is one of the UK’s leading road races. The race is now one of the largest and most popular half marathons in the country growing from 1,000 runners in 1989 to 15,000 places which now fill within weeks of the race launch.

Title sponsors Reebok and race organisers Bristol City Council, have ambitions to develop the Reebok Bristol Half Marathon and its associated portfolio of RUNBRISTOL events. In 2004 we introduced the Reebok Bristol Road Mile Races which this year will be held on Saturday 13 September and 2008 has seen the introduction of the new Bristol 10k which is promising to be as popular as the Bristol Half Marathon.
