What It’s Like To Run 135 Miles

I’m well I’m here at their apt a race-baiting mostly checked and and have a matching and I’m freaking out. I get up 45 days we need to run before work or on the weekends because I found that it’s a little bit addicted its something up an addiction problem we have found that, if I don’t run in the morning that my day is very hard it’s on thinking about us went on and on driving around running errands. When I’m gonna get back stunts like that, I use that longer races as incentive it would be hard to justify myself, to my wife, my parents all the weekends all the time every morning although lost sleep in all the lost social life, if I was able say I have to do this because I running 135 miles.

Hi Feil,I’m okay 30 miles top, even if we pretend that my body was used to running twenty five or six hours monstrous I don’t need for that those last nine hours were told territory, it’s 7:15 I’ve been running for 11 a quarter hours time now somewhere around 54 more miles into the race. actually doing okay now stuff like eighty-mile to go, but to stock on and making it okay.

I do exile on it I love me now the mountains to train there’s a social aspect to it at a great group of friends that I run with, I have a lot of fun doing this but I don’t necessarily think it’s good for you. and might just be that my ok that’s what I do with my time because I don’t do much else by time you ok.
